Registration of Tenants

 

All owners of property leased for either residential or commercial occupancy must annually report the name and address of occupants to the township, according to Ordinance No. 79 adopted February 24, 1986 by the Richland Township Board of Supervisors. All tenants ages 18 and above must be reported, even if no rent is charged and the individual is directly related to the property owner. click below for the registration form.
